Hiren holds a B.Tech in Biotechnology and has over 14 years of experience in sequencing technologies in the complex and evolving field of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS). Hiren’s contributions include aiding numerous labs in the implementation and optimisation of various applications such as Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS), Whole Exome Sequencing (WES), Comprehensive Genomic Profiling (CGP), targeted custom gene panels and RNA sequencing (RNAseq).

Driven by a deep understanding of NGS workflows and bioinformatics, Hiren has proven instrumental in training both research and diagnostics labs on the intricacies of NGS technology and its applications. Hiren’s expertise also includes designing custom gene panels for targeted sequencing, ensuring that labs can conduct precise and efficient genetic research.

Hiren’s commitment to staying at the cutting edge of genetics and computing is evident in his active interest in learning about new and evolving technologies within these fields.​​​​​​
