Can I place an order without a purchase order number?
Yes, as long as you have a valid credit card (Australia only). All orders are required in writing. You can send email orders to [email protected].
What if my order is urgent?

If I receive more than one delivery will I be charged additional packing, shipping & handling (PSH)?
No, you will only be charged PSH once per order no matter how many shipments you receive.
What if I order the incorrect item?
If you believe you have ordered the incorrect item please contact us directly on (AUS) 1800 222 287 or (NZ) 0800 222 170. A restocking fee may be applied as per our Service Policy.
Do prices include GST?
No, all prices are GST exclusive.
