The IBL International Cortisol Saliva ELISA, catalog no. RE52611, is now calibrated to the LC-MS/MS reference method and can be ordered immediately.
This assay is characterized by the following features:
- Calibration to the LC-MS/MS reference method
- As few as 6 standards now required (previously 7 standards)
- The testing procedure remains the same
- The TMB, stop solution and wash solution will soon be uniform across the salivary product line items
The reference ranges have been carefully determined on the basis of 100 day profiles. Starting with batch no. ECO137, the following reference values have to be considered:
