ACCURUN® SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Reference Material Kit is formulated for use with test methods that detect the nucleocapsid protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The kit offers both positive and negative materials for SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid antigen tests. The kit is designed to support assay installation and monitoring of day-to-day assay performance, providing a complete quality solution for SARS-CoV-2 antigen testing. Reference materials are specifically formulated to exhibit low positive reactivity to test assay performance near-critical signal cut-off boundaries.
Designed in collaboration with Roche for the verification process of the Elecsys® SARS-CoV-2 Antigen assay on Cobas e immunoanalyzers and suitable for quality monitoring purposes in addition to the mandatory PreciControl SARS-CoV-2 Antigen.
