The ZytoMation® Probes are compatibly designed for carrying out a fully automated Fluorescence in situ Hybridization (FISH) on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples ready to use on the BOND systems. To successfully use the ZytoMation Probes, the BOND FISH Kit (DS9636) is required. Before starting the BOND system, the BOND FISH Kit has to be complemented by the Proteinase K solution and the ready to use ZytoMation FISH Probe transferred to a titration tube placed in a container. The probe volume of the probe is sufficient for up to 20 tests.
