How Is the BioTek 405 TSUVS Magnetic Washer Specific for MILLIPLEX Assays?
The plate washer is easily adaptable for use in the MILLIPLEX multiplex bead-based assay workflow based on Luminex xMAP technology by exchanging the custom SMC magnetic plate on the washer with a Dexter 96F magnet (Part Number: 7103016, available from Agilent) or Dexter 384F magnet (Part Number: 7103017, available from Agilent).
Customised MILLIPLEX wash protocols are pre-programmed on the washer for use with Luminex assays and no physical adjustments to the washer are required.

This includes unique features designed to wash microsphere-based assays efficiently and effectively with outstanding results for every application.
